Delivery to a safe space:
Our dedicated couriers always strive to leave your bouquet in a safe space at the delivery address. However, there may be instances where this is not possible due to various factors, such as unavailability or lack of a suitable location, or inability to leave it with the neighbours. In such cases, the bouquet is returned to the depot to ensure its security until the next delivery attempt.
Next-day delivery attempt:
When the bouquet is returned to the depot, our team will schedule the next delivery attempt on the next working day. This allows us to make sure that the bouquet reaches its intended recipient as soon as possible.
