Check for alternative areas:
If your order shows as delivered but you cannot locate the bouquet, we recommend checking any areas outside the recipient's home where the flowers may have been left in a safe space. Delivery personnel often try their best to find secure spots for the bouquet, such as porches or a trusted neighbour.
Check reception:
In case of deliveries to public buildings and offices, flowers are frequently left at receptions and building administration offices.
Still can't locate the bouquet?
If the bouquet is still not found, please contact us through our dedicated support channel. We will contact the delivery person and inform you about where exactly the bouquet was delivered.
