If the courier delivering florist flowers does not find the recipient at the address provided and within the time period indicated in the order, (s)he will call or send a text message to the addressee with a request to contact the courier by phone. A re-delivery attempt will be arranged directly with the recipient.
If there is no response (if the recipient of the order does not answer the phone or does not contact the florist or the Euroflorist office), the parcel will be returned to the flower shop, where it will be available for collection for 3 days. After this time, the order will be considered delivered.
