First, check if the money has been debited from your account and that you have received a confirmation email from us. If the money has not been collected and you have not received a confirmation email from us, your order has not been accepted. We recommend that you re-order the product.
If the order has been accepted but the payment has failed, the customer will receive an automatic email with a link to retry the payment.
If you have not received such an e-mail / are not sure whether the transaction was successful, please contact our Customer Service. If you have any problems with online payment, you can also pay for your order by phone (using your credit card) or by traditional bank transfer.
