At Euroflorist, we understand that sometimes you may want to change the message of the card attached to your flowers and we are here to help you with that.
Changes to the orders can be made by phone or e-mail within 60 minutes of placing the order, or 48 hours before scheduled delivery.
You do not meet these conditions? Please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible to see if changes to card texts can still be made.
Please provide them with the order number you received in your order confirmation.
Next-Day or Same-Day Delivery Orders:
For orders with next-day or same-day delivery, it's important to note that card changes may not be possible in certain cases. This is because the delivery may already be in progress. However, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will assess the order status to explore potential options for card text modification.
