Experiencing issues logging into your Euroflorist account? Don’t worry, follow these steps to resolve common login problems:
Verify Your Information:
Ensure that you have entered the correct login details. Your username is your email address. Double-check for any typos or errors in the email address and password fields.
Blank spaces:
Make sure there are no unnecessary black spaces, especially after your input. This error occurs frequently after copying-pasting contact details into the form.
Outdated Email Address:
If you are using an old email address that you no longer have access to, you will need to create a new account. Please note that the order history from your previous account will not transfer to the new one.
Forgotten Password:
If you have forgotten your password, click on the link in “If You don't remember Your Password You can chage it here”.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password and regain access to your account.
Check Your Email Settings:
Make sure you can receive emails from Euroflorist. Sometimes, password reset emails might end up in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there as well.
Browser Issues:
Ensure that your web browser is up to date. Sometimes, outdated browsers can cause login problems. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. This can often resolve issues with loading login pages.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve most login issues and access your Euroflorist account. If the problem persists, our Customer Support team is always ready to help.
