Flowers are excluded from the statutory right of return.
We provide our customers with a three-day freshness guarantee. All flowers supplied by Euroflorist should still be fresh in the vase for a minimum of 3 days. If this is not the case, the customer can file a complaint.
Complaints about the freshness of flowers must be submitted by email within 72 hours of delivery. In the message, please provide your order number and attach photos of the delivered product.
