We always issue VAT invoices with a rate of 8% for flowers and 23% for gifts, for all orders with delivery in Poland. For foreign orders, the rate is 8%.

Invoices are issued only to customers who have set up a business account.
Company invoices are sent automatically on the first Monday after the order is delivered.
