At Euroflorist, we understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order, such as changes in message texts, delivery date or address.
Changes to the order can be made by phone or e-mail within 60 minutes of placing the order, or 48 hours before scheduled delivery.
You do not meet these conditions? Please contact our Customer Support team to see if changes can still be made.
Please provide them with the order number you received in your order confirmation.
Next-Day or Same-Day Delivery Orders:
For orders with next-day or same-day delivery, it's important to note that changes may not be possible in certain cases. This is because our team starts promptly to create and prepare your bouquet for timely delivery. However, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will assess the order status to explore potential options for modification.
