Gifts (without flowers) are sent from the company's central warehouse via a courier company. They are sent the day before the delivery date selected by the customer, so that the courier company can deliver the parcel on a given day. In the absence of the recipient, the courier will attempt another delivery next day. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking link once the parcel is shipped.
